Rule 1 : (allowed ban or kick)

1.  No Commercial advertisements , for other chats is NOT allowed .

2.   No Flooding , rapidly posts more than three same massages or same massage which contain more than 5 lines are NOT allowed .

3. No Bad language , insults or harassments to be mentioned on public ,private massages or Chatmail .

4.  No cyber sex , Drugs , or promotion of drug - related activities or sexual activities , or pornographic materials to be posted on public or private massages this shall include images and links .

5.   No illegal links allowed , being post in the chat screen or in private massages

6.   No trouble - making , any kind of troubles or attempt to make a trouble between the chat members is NOT allowed 

7.  No threatening , harassing or Insults all Guests & Ops must respect each other's while they are in the chat. this will help to have a clean and friendly chat time.

8.  No Using of offensive / bad nicks.

9.  No Fighting or arguing in Public.

10.  No Phone Numbers to be post in the chat screen or in private massages.

11.  Being in JAIL 3 times for the same reason.

12.  Ops do NOT have the right to Unban others valid ban this will be considered as an abuse of power and may cause a ban from the Committee or other chat members.

13. A  Nicks similar to OP`s Nick not allowed

 B  Nicks Such As Admin, Vice Admin, System, Staff, Committee, Wizard, Sub Wizard, Senior Cop, Cop, Sub Cop are not allowed .

14.  Not allowed to use system Ips such as Admin ,Staff ,Committee ,Blocked , Cop,Head of (Ops or Users) ...etc.

Rule 2 : (Not allowed to ban or kick)

1 . kick or ban for Flood in Private or Chat Mails messages are NOT allowed.

2 . It's NOT allowed to kick or ban in private rooms.

 3 . It's NOT allowed to kick or ban anyone whatever it was Op or Guest from other room, you have to be in the same room to make you're kick or ban valid.

Rule 3 : (Allowed to be dropped in Jail)

  1 . Operators who are abusing the Flooding Rule.

2 . Operators who makes Trouble or fight on main.

3 . Asking For VOTE on main.

4 . Not allowed to drop any one in JAIL for Fun.

5 . Asking For VOTE , Flooding , Making Trouble or fighting Not allowed in JAIL .

Rule 4 : (Bad Language in private messages)

1. Well the best way to do it is by using / ig [nick], but if you want that nick to be out of the chat FORWARD the messages by typing /forward [nick].

2. You can also use / savepm to save you private messages to the logs then you can take your action.

3. Do not forget to mention in your reason that you forwarded your messages to a Committee or high rank Op or you saved this msg.  

Rule 5 : (Filter Command)

1. This Command was created to filter the Flood , H-Flood , any kind of bad language , and Numbers .

2. Operators can filter the text which posted by them ONLY , and any other filter will consider as playing with filter command.

Rule 6 : (Kill Command)

1. Its not allowed to use this commend against operator , you can use it with guests only who flood,ADV , and do troubles.

2. Operator who adv for other chat deserve a kill .

Rule 7 : (Attempt for ban or kick)

1. Its NOT allowed to kick or ban any Operator for attempting a kick or ban unless the reason was fake.

2. Only the Operator who the attempt was on him can take His action.

Rule 8 : (Sharing Accounts)

Sharing accounts are NOT allowed at all , any account would be reported it to the Admins for Suspension.

Rule 9 : (Committees Options)

1. Committees do NOT have the right to kick or ban other Committee same rank only if he/she abuses their commands really bad the Wizard will take care of that and will downgrade the Committee.

2. Committees do NOT have the right to unban any Valid Bans that has been done by other Members with out asking the original Op who did the ban to unban it.

Rule 10 : ( Deop Command)

1. Committees has the right to deop any Op if he/she abused the power for more than 3 invalid actions.

2. Committees do NOT restore anyone deop with out permission from the Committee who made the original deop .

3. Do NOT deop for bad language or anything else, there is only one reason for the deop which is abuse of the commands /kick, /kill and /ban for no Valid reasons.

Rule 11 : (Kick and Ban Reasons)
  All reasons must be written in ENGLISH otherwise you will be kicked or banned by the Committee or any chat members.
